Terms of Service
Effective 18 September 2026. Plain language on purpose. By using pairhood.fun you agree to these terms.
1. What the site is
PairHood ("we", "the site") is a website that lets you interact with public, permissionless smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. Those contracts let anyone launch a memecoin paired with an existing token (its parent) and trade it in a Uniswap v4 pool whose liquidity is locked.
The site is an interface. It never holds your funds or your keys. Every launch, trade and harvest is a transaction you make yourself in your own wallet. If the site disappeared, the contracts would keep working without it.
PairHood is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Robinhood, Uniswap, or the teams behind any parent token. Parent names and logos identify the token a token is paired with and nothing more.
2. Eligibility and your responsibilities
- You must be legally allowed to use crypto-asset services where you live and be of legal age there.
- You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, your gas, and every transaction and signature you approve.
- Do not use the site to break any law, to manipulate markets, to impersonate anyone, or to harm others.
3. Tokens, fees and risk
- Tokens are memecoins. They carry no rights, no claim on anyone, and no promise of value. They are priced in their parent token and move with it; both can go to zero.
- Every token trade pays a 1% pool fee: on-chain, 70% goes to the token's creator, 15% is burned in the parent token and 15% buys and burns the PairHood token. Launching a token costs a launch fee. Current numbers are on the docs page.
- Prices move. Quotes on the site are estimates; the on-chain result is what counts.
- The harvest function is called by the token's creator, the site, or anyone once a token has gone seven days without a harvest; the contract, not the caller, decides where fees go.
4. No advice, no warranty, limitation of liability
Nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PairHood and the people behind it are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the contracts, including losses caused by smart-contract bugs, market moves, moves of a parent token, network problems, or your own mistakes.
5. Content you publish
Names, tickers, images and links you attach to a token are written to a public blockchain and cannot be removed by us. You are responsible for them. We may hide a token from the site's lists at our discretion; its pages and contracts stay reachable.
6. Changes
We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
